* Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and payment of the required deposit.
* Changes to Orders: Any changes to the order must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval. Additional charges may apply.
4. Payment Terms
* Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
* Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.
* Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank transfers, or PayPal.
5. Delivery and Setup
* Delivery: We offer delivery and pickup services. Delivery fees are calculated based on the location and size of the order.
* Setup: Setup services are available for an additional fee. Please specify your setup requirements when placing your order.
* Access: The client is responsible for providing adequate access to the venue for delivery and setup.
* Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or venue issues.
6. Use of Hired Items
* Proper Use: Hired items must be used in a careful and responsible manner. The client is responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.
* Alterations: Alterations to hired items are strictly prohibited.
* Compliance: The client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of hired items.
7. Liability and Indemnification
* Liability: Our liability is limited to the rental fees paid by the client. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
* Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Sunny Vibes Wedding Hire harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the use of our services or any breach of these Terms of Service.
